In 2016, Professor Freddy Assunção opened the doors to Ascension MMA Alpharetta, and began the journey to what the gym is today; A community of like minded individuals who love to train, better themselves, and invest in each other. Whether you are a beginner or are advanced, a competitive MMA or BJJ athlete, a parent with an interested child or just looking to get in shape, Ascension MMA Alpharetta is a family environment that cultivates a culture of building each other up, and growing together in our goals.
